As we wait for football season to resume. I will be writing about the UFC because I enjoy the sport. This is a really hard post to put together because most of the popular fighters are middle-aged. so I will be making a card with young fighters. Main card only
Raul Rosas vs Christian Rodriguez 2
I think this is a good fight because I feel Raul Rosas will become an excellent
fighter in the future. Rosas has a lot of time to improve because he is only 19 years old, And he should get revenge against Christian Rodriguez. You can see why below.
2. Erin Blanchfield vs Maycee Barber
I think this would be an interesting fight because they are both currently top-ranked fighters and I think they should fight soon. Blanchfield has high-level grappling but so does Barber. I think Blanchfield would win this fight because she has better grappling and slightly better boxing.
3. Ian Garry vs Benoit Saint-Denis for the Super Lightweight interim title (165 pounds)
These two fighters are entertaining to watch. I think this would be a very interesting back-and-forth because Ian Garry has zero losses and BSD has two losses. They are both great strikers so I would like to see how this fight plays out. I think BSD would win this fight because he has better grappling.
4. Sean O'Malley vs Ryan Garcia for the BMF title
I want to see them settle the beef online in an MMA match because I think that the fight would be more fair in MMA. I think this because Sean doesn't have good wrestling so Ryan and Sean will stand and bang. I think Sean will have a slight edge because of the kicks. Ryan is not used to kicks.
Main Event. Illia Topuria vs Umar Nurmagomedov for Featherweight title and chance for Umar to become double champ
I think this would be a great main event because they are both even at wrestling and striking. I think Topuria has a slight edge because Illia is better at Jiu-Jitsu and submissions. I would be interested in seeing this fight and how it plays out because Umar could outwrestle Illia.
